How to pay via Autogiro

One day you will need to sign up for some service that demands a regular payment. Here in Sweden it is almost impossible to find a company which will send an invoice via e-mail, no, only good old style postage, and you pay for it, 20-25 sek every month. It is not nice, of course.

Here the Autogiro comes.
It will connect your bank account with the service provider, so you don't need to think about it at all, they will solve the payment pain automatically (read about it here, for example: http://www.posten.se/en/Customer-Service/Sign-up/Register-service-agreement-customer/Pages/Pay-by-autogiro.aspx).

In order to do that, you need to fill the form with all your bank details, and give it to the service provider. It will look like this:

They will assure you that everything's fine via the e-mail, and your bank account is now connected with them, hurray, Autogiro. If it is the truth, you'll see it on your bank account page, it looks like this:


So, is it the end, that's how it works?
No. After a month or so you'll get a mail in your post box, a paper-and-ink one, with the price, plus the postage price, plus a reminder that if you're late with the payment, they will take +24% of the whole sum per day.

You'll send the e-mails and call them to ask how to actually make the payment before the last day, they'll tell you nothing. The only thing you can do is to check your bank account every day, if Autogiro took these money. Logically, one day it should. Or shouldn't it?

UPDATE

You wait for a couple of days, then show this post to your friends and get an advice on how to pay the invoice manually. Gotcha! Transfer is done, you are good, but.

But later the answer from the service arrives:
Thanks for bringing the issue to us, your Autogiro is working right now, it will take the money from your account automatically in one of the days of the month.

One day, the details are unknown, they will charge me again.

I cried next to a Swede. He said: what's the hurry? It's your fault you wanted to pay that quickly, expected them to answer that soon. It's you'r fault, so contact them again, and they will answer. In 3-4 days, yes. Maybe.
